These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS text-message service provided by Mendy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which sends a daily Sof Zman Krias Shema (latest time for the morning Shema) notification for the ZIP 07036 area (the “Service”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is approximately one message per day. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
The Service delivers the next day’s Sof Zman Krias Shema time, calculated for the ZIP 07036 area, as an informational convenience. Halachic times are provided in good faith for general reference; you are responsible for confirming times with a reliable authority. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any message.
You must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you submit, and you must be able to consent to receive messages at that number.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mendy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any missed, delayed, or inaccurate message.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
